Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • If a user had been charged for one of the services and we have not found any receipt in our database related to that service, the user is required to take a screenshot of his bank transaction. Our team will contact our payment gateway solution provider about this issue. If the transaction was paid successfully, the user can use any of the services available online in the website with same price of the transaction
